The development of a design is achieved prudently, within the framework of an overall budget established early in the design process, along with the selection of a contractor to secure a firm schedule and supply chain. The result is a process free of change orders and the on-time and on-budget delivery of the construction.

The three elements common to the success of my projects are: client-focused design, the protection of the client’s interest, and the creation of design value. The successful completion of a dream is a complicated and exacting achievment, requiring every official, worker, and supplier to want to perform to their best,including myself. The final result is lifelong pride in what has been accomplished.
